Hi Chad
I don't think I will get to Alcatraz this year. Did you experience anything?
I am scheduled to travel with TAPS to the Queen Mary in CA in February and The Stanley Hotel in CO in March. I've had several different experiences with spirits in different places. When I traveled to Salem in October, I took a photo of a female spirit in a window that is supposedly Bridget Bishop. She was the first to be accused of being a witch and the first that was hanged.

Thanks for the picture comment. I took a few of the fire pictures. Most came for local and national news.

The lesson learned......DO NOT have a campfire in area that is prohibited on a day when the wind was super blowing and leave it unattended!! USE YOUR HEADS!! Unfortunately tourist were to blame for this one, and our community paid for someone's carelessness. It will be quite awhile before the burn area will recover, all of the people who lost their homes, wildlife habitat, and our community in general. Thanks again for the comment. Have a great day!

Monterey Aquarium! How fun. I haven't been there in years, but I remember the Jelly Fish exhibit. It was one of my favaorites. Another fun thing to do is kayaking on the bay. It was kind of scary at first because I' ve NEVER been in a kayak on the bay befire. I had images of flipping the kayak and not being able to get out. BUT it was totally calm and really really awsome to be out on the bay. We saw tons of otters, and sea lions. Nice to be out on the water, fresh sea air, the bark of the sea lions! It was really easy and very very safe I would recommend it to anyone. It's a great way to see the Monterey Bay.

Thanks for the comment Chad! Yes, there are a TON of cool places here in San Francisco. I just went on a tour of the, still under construction, Academy of Sciences and Steinhart Aquarium in Golden Gate Park. It is hands down going to be on the "must see" in San Francisco. Incredible! I'll post the pics when I have time. But it's something to look forward to when it opens!

Oh, I remember Walnut Creek! I was living in La Selva beach when the 89' earthquake hit and there were so many houses that went into the creek up there. We used to visit Walnut creek and touch the 'Snow' *GASP!*
Heehee, I miss California. Nice to meet you!

Hi Chad,
I do know that there hasn't been alot of traffic yet up the hill. Either people are avoiding tahoe, or they are using other driving routes, although the highway is open. I'll give another update on Friday if you like.

THANKS CHAD, I JUST HAVE TO SAY WHAT'S ON MY MIND. I'M NOT AFRAID TO TELL THE TRUTH. I JUST WANT PEOPLE TO KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE. DON'T TAKE ANYTHING FOR GRANTED.
